Boy was I wrong. =)Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16873810779951697179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396690973062277127.post-42179461701353992562010-04-20T19:04:20.065-07:002010-04-20T19:04:20.065-07:00Wonderfully thoughtful words... very blessed boy t...Wonderfully thoughtful words... very blessed boy to have you for his Mom & Dad.Birrell Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18021607214461351164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396690973062277127.post-27370566998132426142010-04-19T11:22:59.281-07:002010-04-19T11:22:59.281-07:00So true...motherhood cannot really be understood m...So true...motherhood cannot really be understood mentally to the same degree that is understood by experience. I had similar feelings as you did when Jason was born. But, I will tell you that in many ways, it was easier to have a second one because I knew what to expect after having the first. I knew I would be tired. I also knew it would take time to understand what the baby needed. I used to feel so frustrated because my mother's intuition didn't just magically kick in with Jason, as I found myself struggling to know what he wanted. But, I've learned to be more patient with myself as I become a mother.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11198888122713725843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396690973062277127.post-58619528748941649032010-04-17T19:00:39.049-07:002010-04-17T19:00:39.049-07:00Beautifully said! He truly is an angel. None of mine slept through the night until 6 months.
